Speaking with the media, Mr. Zafar Masud said that BOP—with the help of is women staff, is the only bank in Pakistan that has introduced a formal policy of affirmative action in the form of BOP Naaz. BOP Naaz is an important initiative from the inclusion and diversity point of view.
Mr. Zafar Masud encouraged BOPs women staff to take time off from work and participate in initiatives like BOP Naaz and BOP Madadgar. He also mentioned that BOPs women staff has played a significant role in its BOP Madadgar initiative.
