Zafar Masud delivers an address at the 25th Anniversary of Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA), where he emphasizes that the tide of national progress will only turn when the country prioritizes the education of its people. He specifically highlights the education of women as being of paramount importance, noting that as heads of households, they are responsible for the foundational upbringing and values of the entire family.
Beyond traditional education, Masud discusses the need for innovative funding solutions to meet the enormous financial requirements of educating children. He introduces the concept of social impact bonds as a promising new tool that can help bridge the gap in educational resources.
Representing organizations such as the Bank of Punjab, OGDC, and the Pakistan Banks Association, Masud reaffirms a strong institutional commitment to supporting the mission of ITA. He concludes by stressing that the education of children remains the most critical priority for the future and pledges continued support through various organizational interventions.
