An Inspiring Encounter with Mr. Zafar Masud PIA Crash Survivor
I recently had the extraordinary opportunity to meet Mr. Zafar Masud (President and CEO Bank of Punjab & Chairman Pakistan Banks Association) in Islamabad. As many of you might remember, Mr. Zafar Masud is one of the two miraculous survivors of the tragic PIA flight PK8303 crash in May 2020 in Karachi.
Meeting him in person was an incredibly inspiring experience. Despite enduring such a harrowing event, Mr. Masood has not only survived but thrived. His journey from that fateful day to now is nothing short of remarkable. He has transformed his life in profound ways and has become a beacon of hope and resilience.
What struck me most during our conversation was his unwavering positivity and strength. Mr. Masud also writing his book sharing his story of survival and the lessons he has learned with audiences worldwide. His message is powerful: no matter what life throws at you, it is possible to rise above it and find new purpose.
Mr. Masud’s story is a testament to the human spirit’s capacity to overcome adversity. I feel privileged to have met such an inspiring individual and am grateful for the insights he shared.
