Mr. Zafar Masud is a seasoned banker and public sector expert with nearly 30 years of experience across development finance, energy, and governance. He currently serves as the President & CEO of The Bank of Punjab (BOP) and the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL).
Beyond his executive roles, he is a recognized author (Seat 1C and Out of the Box) and a transformative thinker who has been honored with prestigious awards, including Hungary’s highest civil award and France’s Prix d’Excellence.
